The Garden Tiny Homes offers a unique getaway nestled at the foot of the Kaz Mountains, on the pristine Kayalar coast of Assos. Our retreat features 9 specially designed tiny houses, each boasting a private garden and balcony. Every home is fully air-conditioned and equipped with a private bathroom.

Our accommodations are tailored to your needs:

  • 5 Tiny Houses: Feature 1 double and 1 single bed.

  • 4 Tiny Houses: Feature 1 double and 2 single beds.

Your stay includes a daily breakfast to start your morning right. Located directly on the seafront, our private beach provides reserved sunbeds, umbrellas, and towel sets for every house. At our on-site restaurant, you can savor handpicked flavors from Aegean cuisine, fresh seafood, and signature cocktails.
